For gold items, a gold-specific polishing cloth works wonders. Alternatively, immerse the jewellery in lukewarm water, gently brush it clean, and pat dry with a non-abrasive cloth. While biodegradable soap can occasionally be used, it's best not to use it daily.

As a guideline, enamel-coated pieces can be briefly submerged in water but shouldn't be soaked for extended periods. Vivid gemstones and diamonds can be freshened up by washing them in lukewarm water, brushing them softly, and drying them with a gentle cloth. Pearls, due to their porous nature, are particularly sensitive to chemicals. A moist cloth can be used for gentle cleaning.

Always store your jewellery in a cool, dry space, away from direct sunlight or intense heat. We also recommend housing each piece in its own pouch or case to prevent scratches.
