ORDERING POLICY

All of our items are made specifically for you and we are not able to take returns on any item. Every order may take up to 3 weeks to be prepared for shipment, due to the handmade nature of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is made to order. However there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact info@cavejewels.com to discuss your particular situation. 

Please note, all purchases made using a discount code or with a discount applied are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Please note the colour of the gemstones can be lighter or darker than in the photos as they can have shade variations inherent to their being natural stones.

For repairs, please email us at info@cavejewels.com  with your request, date/place of the purchase and photo of the piece ; we do not accept repairs without prior notice.

The repairs will be approved on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to decide whether the repair is approved under manufacturing defect warranty or not. Non-warranty repairs will be subject to a price estimate based on the damage or difficulty of the job, which will be submitted to you for acceptance before any repair.

Cave reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs and assess if the damage was caused by misuse, improper care or what is considered normal wear and tear.
